As the strategic leader of LIDARI, Dr. Márcia coordinates the consultancy's projects and supervises a multidisciplinary team focused on results. With over 20 years of international experience, her work centers on structuring companies and managing immigration processes to the United States, including work visas (O-1, L-1A), permanent resident visas/Green Cards (EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW), and investment visas (EB-5, E-2), among others.
